Eligibility

Unworn, unwashed ready-to-wear items with all tags attached can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Made-to-measure, stitched, altered, and accessory items are non-returnable.

Process

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the returned piece reaching us and passing quality checks. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video. We'll dispatch a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
